CMMN acquires Australian Exhibition Group with plans for global exhibition expansion

CMMN has announced the acquisition of Australian Exhibition Group. Australian Exhibition Group is an Australian-owned exhibition and entertainment events company known for its high-quality events, which have received global attention and introduced international artists and entertainers into the Australian market.

Over the past 10 years, the Australian Exhibition Group has seen an influx of over 175,000 attendees across 34 events. The company’s net revenue has exceeded $25 million with an estimated $40 million contributed to the tattoo industry.
